TIRE WASHERS + APPLICATORS
The AVW Tire Washer is low-profile in standard or Stepped Brush configurations and can be located under Mitter Curtains and Top Brushes to save space. The AVW Tire Dressing Applicator is designed to shine a tire on roller conveyors or Belt Conveyors with outstanding durability.
BACKROOM EQUIPMENT
AVW stainless steel High-Pressure Pumping Stations power any equipment with up to three pumps per station and up to 1000 psi. CONVEYORS
AVW Belt Conveyors are designed for more control of the vehicle with fewer restrictions on the type of vehicle being washed. With all four tires on the belt, braking and steering have no consequences. Eliminating guide rails also eliminates wheel damage.
HIGH PRESSURE BLASTERS
AVW stainless steel High Pressure Arches deliver high volume coverage to meet today’s demands for foam and soap rinse. AVW’s Fixed Rocker Blaster, Swirling Side Blaster, Spinning Wheel Cannon, and Pivoting Turbo Blaster offer the widest range of options in blaster technology.
SIDE + TOP WASHERS
Top, Dual, and Tilting Brushes are designed to clean hoods, windshields and roofs providing long residence time for problem areas. The Rocker Panel Brush is adjustable so you can match the brush orientation to the shape of the vehicle. Contour Side Washer is designed to clean the sides of vehicles at higher speeds.
DRYER EQUIPMENT
AVW Blowers are available in highly efficient 10 15 HP models in stainless steel or UHMW plastic housings. Exceptional nozzle velocities enable tailoring to problem areas or noise issues in sensitive installations. A virtually limitless range of dryer system designs are available with flexible mounting systems.
VACUUM SYSTEMS
AVW Vacuums enhance any wash site and their stainless steel construction is virtually weather-proof. They are available with a central vac separator, or a high efficiency vac motor controlled by a free vac push-button actuator box or a coin box. Mounted to a concrete pier, these systems easily add vacuum capacity.
